  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 2 - 3 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 3-5 Tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk Or Desired Sweet Preference
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Tbsp Raw Oats Or Desired Amount Preferred

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Using A Blender, Start By Placing Ice Into The Container Followed By Adding The Peanut Butter. This Will Prevent The Peanut Butter From Sticking To The Bottom Of The Container.
  • Add Sweetened Condensed Milk, Whole Milk, Banana, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cinnamon, Pure Vanilla Extract, And Raw Oats.
  • Blend Until Ingredients Are Broken Down And Combined.
  • Serve Over Ice And Enjoy!!!
