Deviled Egg Salad Sandwich that will make you say Wow! Starting off with perfectly boiled eggs. Add mayo, dijon mustard, onions, salt, pepper paprika, and bacon bits.
After boiling a dozen eggs. I have concluded boiling eggs for 15 minutes is not the way to go. Not only is the yolk slightly green. The consistency isn’t smooth and creamy.
Believe it or not. There’s a trick to boiling the perfect egg. Simple start off with bringing water the to a rolling boil. Place eggs into the water. Allow the eggs to boil for 1 minute. Turn the stovetop off. And allow the eggs to sit in the water for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes remove the eggs from the water. Deshell and rinse with cool water. This will assist with removing and excess shells on the eggs.
