Ingredients

  • oil
  • 4 cups rice
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1 king crab leg
  • 2 lobster tails
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • 2 eggs medium / large
  • 4 scallions / green onions diced
  • 1/4 cup carrots diced
  • 1/3 cup onions
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  • Add a small amount of oil to the skillet, scramble the eggs and set aside for later.
  • Season seafood with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add oil to the same skillet/wok and cook seafood. Remove the seafood from the skillet and reserve for later.
  • Using the same skillet add oil, onions, minced garlic, and saute until the onions are translucent.
  • Add green onions/scallions, carrots, and combine.
  • Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon, and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Add the rice to the pan and toss back and forth, combining the rice with the veggies.
  • Add the soy sauce mixture and combine.
  • Add the seafood and egg to the fried rice and combine once more.
  • Garnish with green onions and serve.
  • Enjoy!!
