Instructions
Add a small amount of oil to the skillet, scramble the eggs and set aside for later.
Season seafood with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Add oil to the same skillet/wok and cook seafood. Remove the seafood from the skillet and reserve for later.
Using the same skillet add oil, onions, minced garlic, and saute until the onions are translucent.
Add green onions/scallions, carrots, and combine.
Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chicken bouillon, and sugar in a small bowl and set aside.
Add the rice to the pan and toss back and forth, combining the rice with the veggies.
Add the soy sauce mixture and combine.
Add the seafood and egg to the fried rice and combine once more.
Garnish with green onions and serve.
