  • 1 1/2 lb shrimp
  • oil
  • limes
  • 1/4 cup onions red
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers red/green
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • tomatoes garnish
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • avocado sliced or cubed
  • Taqueria Sauce to taste
  • Tammy's Taco Saucey Sawce
  • mayo
  • onion powder
  • chili powder
  • garlic powder
  • jalapeno juice jar jalapenos
  • paprika
  • cumin


  • Add oil to a hot skillet, add bell peppers and onions and saute until semi-cooked and translucent.
  • Season shrimp with salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder,
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet and sear the shrimp on both sides.
  • In a separate bowl combine mayo, onion powder garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin and, jalapeno juice.
  • Add shrimp to warm tortillas with a spitz of fresh lime juice, Taqueria sauce, avocados, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
