Tammy’s Mexican Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb shrimp
- oil
- limes
- 1/4 cup onions red
- 1/2 cup bell peppers red/green
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- tomatoes garnish
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- avocado sliced or cubed
- Taqueria Sauce to taste
- Tammy's Taco Saucey Sawce
- mayo
- onion powder
- chili powder
- garlic powder
- jalapeno juice jar jalapenos
- paprika
- cumin
Instructions
- Add oil to a hot skillet, add bell peppers and onions and saute until semi-cooked and translucent.
- Season shrimp with salt, black pepper, cumin, oregano, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder,
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and sear the shrimp on both sides.
- In a separate bowl combine mayo, onion powder garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cumin and, jalapeno juice.
- Add shrimp to warm tortillas with a spitz of fresh lime juice, Taqueria sauce, avocados, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
