Ingredients

  • One egg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of oil or clarified butter or just enough to coat the bottom of your non-stick pan
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Start by placing a 1/4teaspoon to a 1/2 teaspoon of oil or clarified butter to your non-stick skillet. Be sure to add just enough to coat the bottom of your pan. Because you don't want you to eggs to be greasy. And you don't want a back splash of oil splashing on to your body.
  • Place your egg in a ramekin or small bowl. Place your egg into your medium high heat skillet, be sure to place it into skillet gently.
  • Once your eggs are no longer translucent, And the eggs become opaque in color, that's the key sign that it's time to flip the eggs.
  • Move the pan around gently, and at this time your eggs should move with little or no resistance.
  • Moving your hand in a circular hand motion, and when your hand gets to the outer circle flick your wrist and have the eggs land gently into the pan.
  • At this point in time you're flame should be on low or off. . Flip the egg once more. And at this time remove the egg from the pan.
