beef bullion
1 cube or packet - can substitute with chicken
parsley

1 - 1/2 cups
beef broth
chicken, vegetable broth or water as needed
Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
1 1/2
lbs
macaroni shells
elbow, etc

oz
cheddar cheese
16oz reserve 8oz if baking
8
oz
Velveeta cheese
cubed
8
oz
Italian 6 cheese blend
or preferred
4
oz
cream cheese
Instructions
Pre-cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Using a large skillet add a small amount of oil before adding diced onions. Saute onions until fragrant.
Add ground beef, incorporate with the onions and cook thouroughly.
Add seasoning: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, bouillon cube, and broth or water.
Add pasta and mix well before adding cheeses. Incorporate cheeses with pasta and meat.
Note: Add more liquid to the mixture if necessary.
Serve or add to a casserole dish and top with additional cheese and bake in the oven until cheese melts.
