Ingredients

  • Ground Beef Recipe
  • 1 1/2- 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • beef bullion 1 cube or packet - can substitute with chicken
  • parsley dried
  • 1 - 1/2 cups beef broth chicken, vegetable broth or water as needed
  • Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
  • 1 1/2 lbs macaroni shells elbow, etc
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese 16oz reserve 8oz if baking
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
  • 8 oz Italian 6 cheese blend or preferred
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  • Pre-cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Using a large skillet add a small amount of oil before adding diced onions. Saute onions until fragrant.
  • Add ground beef, incorporate with the onions and cook thouroughly.
  • Add seasoning: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, bouillon cube, and broth or water.
  • Add pasta and mix well before adding cheeses. Incorporate cheeses with pasta and meat.
  • Note: Add more liquid to the mixture if necessary.
  • Serve or add to a casserole dish and top with additional cheese and bake in the oven until cheese melts.
