Sticky Honey Wings
Perfectly seasoned chicken, that's fried until golden brown and crispy. Then coated in a delicious buttery honey sauce.

- 1 lb chicken wings
- oil to coat chicken and for frying
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- all purpose flour to dredge/coat
- 1 tbsp butter add more if necessary
- 1 cup honey
Take clean chicken and drizzle with a small amount of oil
Take the first 5 seasonings and combine them, before adding it to the chicken.
Season chicken and dredge/ coat with flour, shaking off any excess flour.
Without overcrowding the pan, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown.
Remove the fried chicken and place unto a cooling rack to allow any excess oil to drain off.
Using a separate skillet add butter, once the butter has melted add honey, and combine.
Add chicken pieces and coat with Sticky Honey Sauce.
