BBQ And Honey Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken wings
  • oil to coat chicken and for frying
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1- 1 1/2 cups bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • Take clean chicken and drizzle with a small amount of oil
  • Take the first 5 seasonings and combine them, before adding it to the chicken.
  • Season chicken and dredge/ coat with flour, shaking off any excess flour.
  • Without overcrowding the pan, add the chicken pieces and fry until golden brown.
  • Remove the fried chicken and place unto a cooling rack to allow any excess oil to drain off.
  • Using a separate skillet add butter, once the butter has melted add bbq sauce, honey, and combine.
  • Add chicken pieces and coat with Honey BBQ Sauce.
  • Enjoy!!!

Notes

When making the sauce add instructed amount or add accordingly to your desired needs.
