Preparation
Taking cleaned and deveined shrimp season lightly with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Using a heavy duty skillet add 2 tablespoons olive oil, when hot add shrimp and cook only half way through.
Remove shrimp and set aside in a bowl.
Using the same pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil, add minced garlic continuously stirring to deglaze pan and prevent garlic from burning.
Add white wine, fresh lemon juice and allow sauce to reduce.
Add shrimp back to skillet and combine with sauce.
Add fresh cilantro, 2 teaspoons of cold butter, red chili flakes and combine.
Garnish with fresh parsley incorporating once again, turning stove top off when shrimp is cooked all the way through.
Serve On A Bed Of Pasta Or White Rice.
