Hi Tammy loved your recipe of the seafood boil
I’m interested in trying to make it but in your instructions
You didn’t say the oven temperature or for how long do I cook it I also didn’t know if everything has to be pre boiled like the potatoes so it would be nice if u can e-mail me back n let me know what to do thank u so very much in advance for your respond have a good day.
Hi Lisa…You can bake it at 350F. However, I didn’t specify a cooking time, because it all depends on the amount of seafood. But the perfect indication would be, once the shrimp turns pink and the lobster tails turn white or opaque then you’ll be good to go. No, only pre-boil the potatoes because it’s a root vegetable and takes longer to cook. And the king crab legs and snow crab are already cooked, so placing it in the oven is only to make it hot. P.S. I left my seafood in the oven for about 30-35 minutes at 350F. Thanks 4 reaching out. Have a safe and blessed weekend Lisa.?
Looks delish I am making this for Christmas. Quick question what is the “sauce” you reference in recipe?
Hi Tammy! I’ve never made a boil before. I am wondering what the measurements are for the seasonings, potatoes, corn and seafood. I have no clue how much I should use.
Hello I have a question after we clean the sea food put in the oven right ? And also you said pre boil your potatoes do you put the season after you pre boil the potatoes and then put in the oven how long do you pre boil the potatoes
Absolutely Gabrielle, put them bad boy’s right in, and the potatoes are supposed to be “fork tender” meaning, stick a fork in them, and if the fork has no resistance, then you good, the fork should not get stuck going in or out of the potatoes. add the dry seasoning afterward, and you can put the potatoes in the microwave for about 15min, check periodically with a fork, and my apologies for my delayed response to your comment. Thank’s for watching Gabrielle your the best
Instruction number 1 is literally the temperature and she stated that time depends on how much seafood you use…..
Hi! I seen your recipe and I want to make it. What is the ingredient you put in after the garlic powder? Also in the list of ingredients you have sauce…what’s sauce?
Catina west, I’m so sorry, but what you read was the subtitle, it starts off with “Sauce” and then the ingredients for making the Sauce.??
Hi, Tammy! Looks delicious! Definitely gonna try it.
I’m kind of a measurement guy. I find it really helpful to measure things out. Any way you could send me measurements of each ingredient?

Hi Tammy –
I am a single parent of two with a beautiful granddaughter. With cases rises daily, COVID – 19 forced our hand to break tradition , but your amazing recipe may have helped us start a new one. I followed the instructions to the letter. I live in Panama City, Florida adjacent to Panama City Beach (The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches. Seafood restaurants are available at every corner. None of the seafood boils I have had from them can compare to the amazingness we experienced yesterday. I pray you and your family had very Blessed Thanksgiving. You’re an amazing cook & thank you for sharing.
Hi Tammy, I was wondering what cedar plank salmon seasoning did you use in this recipe? I am trying this for a date night soon and I am excited to try this out.

Just curious , where am I able to purchase the Cedar Plank Salmon Seasoning Mix?
Hi Tammy. My wife loves seafood, especially crabs. So, I am making this dish for her birthday. You mentioned in the ingredients “sauce,” but I do not know what sauce you are referencing. Can you share what sauce I need. Thank you!!!
Ed
Made this dish today and it was awesome!!!
Tammy, where did you get your cedar plank seasoning?
Tammy my namesake ..I love you already!
I’m excited to try your recipe fir our Christmas dinner…however being a non cooking person I need the instructions to be a bit more specific such as measurements of the ingredients. I know people will cook smaller or larger pan sizes but let’s just go with the standard size you are presenting and preparing in your video.
Such as how many lbs of snow crab legs, how many lbs of king crab, how much butter, garlic??
Please break it down in quantitative terms for us non cooking folks lol.
THIS is what’s for Christmas dinner
I can’t find cedar planked salmon seasoning. Anywhere! What can I substitute
It was great, I will never boil my seafood in water again.I also enjoyed your video. I like your enthusiasm and your confidence.
