- One Kielbasa turkey sausage
- One tomato sliced
- One medium red onion
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 small or one large bottle Italian dressing
- 2 cups broccoli
- 2 8 oz boxes tri color rotini shells
- Kosher Salt To Taste

- Taking Chicken Breast And Seasoning Lightly With Adobo, Sazon, Accent And Black Pepper On Both Sides.
- Placing Chicken Into Baking Pan Adding About 1 Tbsp Of Olive Oil & A Small Amount Of Water. Adding Water Will Help The Chicken To Remain Moist, While In The Oven
- Covering With Aluminum Foil & Baking At 400F
- 30 Minutes Covered & 30 Minutes Uncovered For A Total Of 1 Hour.
- Preparing Rotini Noodles - Adding Noodles To Boiling Water, Along With A Drizzle Of Olive Oil To Prevent Noodles From Sticking Together.

Ensalada de pasta con pollo y salchicha
Mi ensalada de pasta con pollo y salchichas es la mejor ensalada de pasta del mundo! ¡Dale a esta receta una prueba que no te decepcionará!
Ingredients
- Ingredientes necesarios
- 1 libra de pechuga de pollo
- Adobo al gusto
- Un paquete Sazon
- Acento en el glutamato monosódico al gusto
- Pimienta negra al gusto
- 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva + extra
- Una salchicha de pavo Kielbasa
- Un tomate en rodajas
- Una cebolla roja mediana
- 3 pepinos
- 2 aderezos italianos pequeños o de una botella grande
- 2 tazas de brócoli
- 2 cartuchos de rotini tri color cajas de 8 oz
- Sal kosher al gusto
Instructions
- Preparación
- Tomando pechuga de pollo y aderezo ligeramente con Adobo, Sazon, acento y pimienta negra en ambos lados.
- Poner el pollo en una bandeja para hornear añadiendo aproximadamente 1 cucharada de aceite de oliva y una pequeña cantidad de agua. Agregar agua ayudará al pollo a mantenerse húmedo, mientras esté en el horno
- Cubrir con papel de aluminio y hornear a 400F
- 30 minutos cubiertos y 30 minutos descubiertos por un total de 1 hora.
- Preparación de fideos Rotini - Agregar fideos al agua hirviendo, junto con una llovizna de aceite de oliva para evitar que los fideos se peguen.
- Pelar los pepinos y rebanar finamente.
- Cocer al vapor brócoli hasta verde vibrante. Intente No Cocer Extras.
- Cortar la salchicha Kielbasa y freír hasta que se dore en ambos lados.
- Retirar de la sartén, colocarla en la toalla de papel, permitir que el exceso de aceite se drene y colocar a un lado.
- Colar fideos y enjuagar con agua fría para detener el proceso de cocción.
- Poner los fideos Rotini en un tazón grande, pepinos, 1/2 botella de aderezo italiano y combinar agregar polvo de ajo al gusto, cebollas rojas en rodajas, tomates en rodajas, brócoli, agregar más aderezo italiano, sal kosher al gusto.
- Cortar la pechuga de pollo y agregar a la pasta junto con la salchicha de Kielbasa.
- Agregar vestirse y combinar italiano restante.
