Ingredients
- Olive Oil To Coat Pan
- Lobster Tails Cleaned + Deveined
- Salt + Pepper (Small Amount) To Taste
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Minced or Chopped
- 1/4 Cup White Wine
- 1 Cup Cream Heavy Cream or Half & Half
- 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese Grated or Shaved
- Parsley Dried
Instructions
- Clean the lobster throughly.
- Preheat skillet and drizzle a small amount of olive oil to coat the pan.
- Season lobster with salt+pepper.
- Using medium heat add the lobster tail pieces and saute' until cooked all the way through.
- Remove cooked lobster and set aside on a plate.
- Using the same pan add butter, garlic and combine for about 30 seconds, before adding the white wine.
- Add cream, parmesan cheese, reduce heat slightly and allow the sauce to come to a slow simmer.
- Continue stirring until sauce thickens, before re-adding the lobster to the sauce.
- Top pasta with lobster alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with and parsley.
- If adding an additional whole lobster tail, add to boiling water, and remove when lobster tail turns white and is no longer opaque. Add to top of pasta and drizzle with creamy alfredo sauce.
