Meaty Sausage Cheesy Baked Ziti

My Meaty Sausage Cheesy Baked Ziti Is Far From Any Ordinary Baked Ziti!!

Ingredients

  • Ingredients Needed
  • Pasta Ingredients
  • 16 ounce box pasta
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Large pot of water
  • Meat sauce Ingredients
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
  • One medium onion
  • 2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 21 ounces ground turkey or ground meat preference
  • 1/4 chicken bouillon cube
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Pinch of salt
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 3 cups Pasta sauce + extra
  • 14 ounces kielbasa sausage
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 - 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • One 16 ounce Pack mozzarella cheese topping
  • Parmesan cheese topping

Instructions

  • Cook pasta until Al Dente.Strain pasta add olive oil and set aside.
  • Meat sauce
  • Using a heavy-duty skillet, Add olive oil, onions.
  • Add minced garlic, green onions and stir to combine.
  • Add ground meat, Cooking until brown. Add chicken bouillon cube, ground black pepper, Pinch of salt, tomatoes and pasta sauce.
  • Adjust flame to low heat. Add sausages, reserved pasta sauce, bell peppers, fresh cilantro fresh parsley, dried oregano, sugar and combine.
  • Turning stovetop off, add pasta and combine.
  • Place in a large casserole dish, top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Place into preheated 350F oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
  • Remove and allow baked ziti to set for about 15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve And Enjoy!!!
