Meaty Macaroni And Cheese
Ingredients
- Ground Beef Recipe
- 1 1/2- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- beef bullion 1 cube or packet – can substitute with chicken
- parsley dried
- 1 – 1/2 cups beef broth chicken, vegetable broth or water as needed

- 1 1/2 lbs macaroni shells elbow, etc
- 8 oz cheddar cheese 16oz reserve 8oz if baking
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese cubed
- 8 oz Italian 6 cheese blend or preferred
- 4 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Pre-cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Using a large skillet add a small amount of oil before adding diced onions. Saute onions until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, incorporate with the onions and cook thouroughly.
- Add seasoning: salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, bouillon cube, and broth or water.
- Add pasta and mix well before adding cheeses. Incorporate cheeses with pasta and meat.
- Note: Add more liquid to the mixture if necessary.
- Serve or add to a casserole dish and top with additional cheese and bake in the oven until cheese melts.
