Preheat oven to 325°F
Using a 9 x 5 baking pan (optionally add non-stick cooking spray to the baking pan)
Cream sugar and butter in large bowl until light and fluffy. Adding one egg at a time and combining well after each addition.
Add bananas to zip lock bag, seal. And using fingers mash bananas. Or using a fork mash bananas.
Add the bananas to the mixture and using a hand held mixer, mix until combined.
Using a strainer placed over a large bowl add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Sift ingredients.
After sifting is completed, add dry ingredients, about a cup at a time to wet ingredients.
Using mixer combine ingredients without over mixing.
Pour batter into pan. Bake for one hour hour to one hr. and 10 minutes.
Insert the toothpick or a bread knife into the center. If the toothpick or the bread knife comes out clean without residue, The bread is finished baking.
Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing and serving!!!
