3cupshot water
1cupcorn meal
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonnutmeg
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1/4 - 1/2can condensed milk
1/2cupcoconut milk
I/2 can evaporated milk
1teaspoonbutter
Pinchof salt to taste

Preparation
Start by boiling 3 cups of water. Taking coconut milk first add to cornmeal and stir. When coconut milk and cornmeal is smooth in consistency and no lumps are present. Add one cup of hot water and continued to stir.
Add cornmeal mixture to pot and continue stirring. Add vanilla extract, nutmeg, ground cinnamon, pinch of salt, and butter while continuously stirring.
Optional but when porridge starts to thicken add milk or water to satisfy your desired consistency.
Continue stirring and add evaporated milk, condensed milk and sugar to taste.
Place flame on low heat and cover with lid. Allow porridge to cook on low heat for about 20-25 minutes before serving.
