Creamy Tuscan Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Salmon fillets
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • oil olive or avocado
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves or 2 tbsps
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
  • 5 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • fresh spinach about 3 handfuls
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Season salmon with salt and pepper
  • Sear for about 2 minutes per side until cooked
  • Set aside and reserve for later.
  • Add butter to the skillet
  • Add minced garlic to the melted butter. Stir until fragrant.
  • Add white wine and heavy cream
  • Add parmesan cheese and stir continuously
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and combine.
  • Re-add the salmon back to the pan and spoon the sauce over the salmon.
