Instructions
Add oil to both sides of the salmon.
Combine salmon seasonings and season both sides of the salmon.
Using a large skillet add oil. Allow the oil to become really hot.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the pan and sear until around the edges become crispy. As the fish changes slightly in color from pink to opaque or white.
Flip the fish over and allow the fish to cook. (pink to opaque or white)
Do not allow the fish to overcook.
Remove the fish and set aside on a plate.
Using the same pan add the butter and stir the butter until it becomes slightly brown.
Add minced garlic and combine.
Add onion powder, cayenne powder, lemon wedges, and lemon juice.
Add the salmon back to the pan and coat the salmon with the lemon brown butter sauce.
