Ingredients
Salt and lemon juice to clean meat
5 to 6poundspork shoulder cut into cubes
2 to 3tablespoonsjerk seasoning
1yellow onion
2tablespoonginger root cut into small pieces
2 to 3bunches spring onions aka scallions
4springs fresh cilantro
2springs fresh parsley
2 to 3tablespoonsJamaican browning sauce
1tablespoonflavor enhancer
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Wash pork with salt and lemon juice and pat dry.
Dice, chop and slice onions, scallions, ginger, cilantro, and parsley
Add jerk seasoning, onion, scallions aka green onions, ginger, flavor enhancer cilantro and parsley.
Combine all ingredients using using gloved hands or mixing spoon. Once all ingredients are combined place in baking pan, Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400°F for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Serve with rice and peas, sweet plantain, veggies, and or roti.Enjoy!!!!!
