onion powder to taste
paprika to taste

add small amounts until salmon patty mold easily

bell peppers red/ green

Lemon Dill Sauce Recipe
1/4
cup
mayo

dill
paste or fresh dill

tsp
garlic minced
lemon juice
Instructions
Drain, de-bone, and remove the skin from the salmon if preferred. Break salmon into bite-size pieces.
Saute diced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic. Set aside and allow the veggies to cool slightly before adding to the mixture.
Add salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, worcestershire sauce, eggs, mayo, sauteed veggies, and bread crumbs.
Combine mixture, and mold the patties. Add more breadcrumbs as necessary.
Coat salmon patties with bread crumbs
Using medium-high flame add the patties to the hot oil and fry on both sides.
Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce
Add mayo, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice and combine.
