2cupsChicken Breastcooked / skinless
3/4cupBuffalo Saucefavorite brand
8 ozCream Cheesesoftened
1/2cupRanch Dressing
2Green Onionsliced
1cupMozzarella Cheesedivided in 1/2
1cupMexican Blenddivided in 1/2
1cupCheddar Cheesedivided in 1/2
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350F
Combine diced chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl and set aside.
Using a separate bowl combine cream cheese, and ranch dressing using a mixer.
Add 1/2 buffalo chicken mixture, 1/2 cup of cheeses, and green onions
Combine ingredients with cream cheese mixture.
Add to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with remaining buffalo chicken and remaining cheese.
Bake at 350F until cheese is melted and golden brown around the edges.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery or carrots.

Feel free to substitute ranch sauce for sour cream or bleu cheese.
