Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

I used Frank's Red Hot but you can use Louisianna Hot Sauce, Crystals or preferred brand.

Use Bottled Ranch Or Preferred Sauce

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Using a bowl add ground chicken, salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, and parsley.
Combining all ingredients until well incorporated.
Mold the ground chicken into mini size balls.
Add non-stick cooking spray to parchment paper or aluminum lined baking sheet.
Add meatballs to baking sheet
Bake for 12-15 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
BUFFALO SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS
Using a saucepan add butter, hot sauce, and combine.
Dip meatballs into sauce.
RANCH SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS Optional
Combine ranch dressing powder contents with milk and mayonnaise.
Refrigerate ranch sauce for the best results.
Garnish with parsley.

Notes
Meatball Size – you can increase the size to 1.25″ if desired vs 1″. You’ll yield about 18 meatballs versus 24.
