Ingredients

  • 10 piece chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chili To Taste
  • 1 Salt To Taste
  • Flour To Dredge
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 50 ml Rum
  • 1/4 can Coke
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Start by heating oil in a skillet.
  • Taking cleaned chicken, season with paprika, chili powder, and salt.
  • Dredge with flour, shaking off any excess.
  • Fry chicken until thoroughly cooked.
  • Place chicken unto a cooling and allow excess oil to drain off.
  • SAUCE
  • Add butter to a saucepan with ketchup, honey, soda, rum and combine.
  • Add water and cornstarch to thicken the sauce.
  • Coat chicken wings in sauce and serve.
  • Enjoy!!!
