SAUCE INGREDIENTS

Rice Wine Vinegar
1 1/2

Water

Sugar
Granulated

Garlic
Minced

tbsp
Chili paste or 1 tbsp

Cornstarch + 3 Tbsp water
Combine both ingredients (slurry)
Instructions
Preheat oil.
Taking cleaned chicken, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Coat with flour and place in hot oil to fry until thoroughly cooked
Remove, place on a cooling rack to allow excess oil to drain off.
Sauce Instructions
For the sauce, add 1 1/2 cup water, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, minced garlic and combine.
Cook sauce until slightly thicken 3-4 min, add chili paste and combine.,
Add 2 tbsps cornstarch and 3 tbsps water to sauce and stir until well combined
Add chicken pieces and coat with sweet chili sauce.
