Start by placing cubbed mozzarella cheese in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, Montreal chicken seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, eggs, and Italian bread crumbs to ground meat and combine
Take seasoned ground meat mixture and place mozzarella cube in the center.
Mold meat around the cheese, securing cheese in the center.
Place meatballs on a non-stick baking pan.
Place in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Using medium heat add oil to skillet.
Add meatballs to skillet and brown on all sides.
Add sliced onions and saute until translucent.
Add pasta sauce, sugar, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, dried oregano and combine.
Allow sauce to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until meat is cooked thoroughly.
Serve with pasta and enjoy!!!
