Instructions
Taking cleaned chicken and patting dry.
Coat chicken on both sides with oil. This will give the chicken skin a nice crispy effect.
Add salt and ground black pepper to both sides.
Place chicken on rack and bake or grill until internal temp reaches 165F
Using a saucepan combine bbq sauce, brown sugar, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili paste.
Stir until sauce reduces and thickens.
Add bbq sauce to chicken and place back into oven or grill for about 5 minutes.
