Ingredients

  • 20 pound Turkey
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Accent
  • 2-3 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 3-4 cups Butter

Instructions

  • Combining all seasonings with butter.
  • Taking seasoned butter mixture and spreading all over turkey
  • Lining roasting pan with aluminum foil, allowing the excess foil to hang over pan
  • Placing seasoned turkey into roasting pan and covering with aluminum foil.
  • Placing turkey into preheated 325F oven and allowing to roast.
  • During the last 45 mins of the roasting process, remove foil and allow the turkey to brown.
  • Rotating foil on various parts of turkey to allow even browning. See Video.
  • Allow turkey to rest before carving.
