Preheating oven to 350F
Frying bacon, chopping into bite sized pieces and setting aside.
Adding chicken bullion cube and a pinch of salt if desired to boiling water
Boiling pasta in chicken broth until al-dente. Straining pasta and returning to stovetop on low heat.
Adding milk, butter, paprika, onion powder, white pepper, chicken bullion powder and creole seasoning and combining.
Adding velveeta 1/2 cheddar, sharp cheddar, and mozzarella and combining.
According to consistency add more milk if necessary.
Taking chopped bacon and adding to mixture and combining.
Placing 1/2 of Macaroni & Cheese mixture and topping with reserved cheese.
Adding remaining Macaroni & Cheese and topping with remaining cheese.
Placing in preheated oven and baking uncovered until cheese melts and desired color is achieved.
