Adding vegetable oil to skillet. Adding sliced onions, and garlic paste.
Adding green onions.
Adding ground beef and combining with onions and garlic.
Straining excess oil if necessary.
Adding adobo to taste, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, ground coriander.
Adding parsley, and fresh cilantro.
Adding frozen veggies, tomato sauce, and green bell peppers.
Adding BBQ sauce and sugar.
Combining and adding water if necessary.
Covering with a lid and allowing to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
