  • 2 Lbs Beef Stew Cubes
  • Adobo To Taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 Packet Sazon To Taste
  • Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  • Tomato Sauce Francesca Rinaldi
  • Handful Freshly Chopped Cilantro
  • 1/4 Of A Green Bell Pepper
  • 1/4 Of A Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Medium Tomato Sliced
  • 1 Medium Onion Sliced
  • 1/2 - 1 Chicken Bullion Cube
  • 1/2 Of A Squash Cubed

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Taking Cleaned Beef Cubes Add Adobo, Salt, Ground Black Pepper And Sazon To Taste.
  • Combine.
  • Add Veggies And Combine.
  • Adding 2 tbsps Oil To Dutch Pot, Adding Beef Mixture In Small Portions & Browning.
  • After Browning Process, Cover With A Lid Allow To Simmer For About 5-10 Minutes, Before Adding Water & Stirring.
  • Cover With A Lid & And Stir Periodically.
  • Add Water If Necessary & And Allow To Cook Until Achieve Desired Tenderness Of Meat Is Achieved .
  • Add Chicken Bullion Cube & Adjust Taste If Necessary.
  • During The Last 10 Minutes Of Cooking Add Squash, Adding Additional Water If Necessary.
  • Serve With White Rice & Beans
