Taking Cleaned Beef Cubes Add Adobo, Salt, Ground Black Pepper And Sazon To Taste.
Combine.
Add Veggies And Combine.
Adding 2 tbsps Oil To Dutch Pot, Adding Beef Mixture In Small Portions & Browning.
After Browning Process, Cover With A Lid Allow To Simmer For About 5-10 Minutes, Before Adding Water & Stirring.
Cover With A Lid & And Stir Periodically.
Add Water If Necessary & And Allow To Cook Until Achieve Desired Tenderness Of Meat Is Achieved .
Add Chicken Bullion Cube & Adjust Taste If Necessary.
During The Last 10 Minutes Of Cooking Add Squash, Adding Additional Water If Necessary.
Serve With White Rice & Beans
