1 16ozPack Ribeye Steak Thinly shaved or sliced
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Adobo to taste
One medium onion thinly sliced
One quarter bell pepper sliced
4slicesprovolone cheese
2 -3tablespoonsBourbon
Olive oil for sautéing
One Roll
Velveeta cheesefor cheese sauce
Instructions
Adding Steak to skillet cook until brown. Adding Provolone Cheese and melting.
In a separate skillet sauté green bell peppers pepper until slightly soften. adding salt & black to taste.
Removing bell peppers add 1/2 tsp Olive Oil and sauté onions until translucent and slightly caramelized before adding Bourbon. After adding Bourbon sauté for an additional 15-30 seconds.
Using a roll, add steak, green bell peppers, onions and melted cheese
