  • 1 Cup Teriyaki Sauce Favorite Brand
  • 1 Tbsp Sherry Cooking Wine
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • Chipotle Adobo Sauce Optional
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Whole Chipotle Chile In Adobo Sauce Canned
  • 1 Teaspoon Adobo Sauce From Can
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
  • Ground Black Pepper To Taste
  • 1/8 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro Freshly Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Honey Optional Adding Honey Will Give The Sauce A Nice Spicy Sweet Contrast.

Instructions

  • Combining Teriyaki Sauce With Sherry, And Paprika
  • Pouring Over Chicken & Marinating For At Least 30 Minutes
  • Placing On Hot Grill, And Allowing To Cook 1/2 Way Undisturbed Before Flipping.
  • Repeating Same Process Until Cooked Thoroughly.
  • Allowing Chicken To Rest For At Least 3 Minutes Before Slicing.
  • Heating Tortillas Until Warm.
  • Adding Teriyaki Chicken Strips And Topping With Pineapple Salsa & Chipotle Adobo Sauce (Optional).
  • Preparation

  • Processing Until Smooth & Creamy.
