Preparation
Taking cleaned chicken breast season with salt, ground black pepper and onion powder.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Cover with aluminum foil. Placing into oven allow to cook for 30 minutes at 400F or until thoroughly cooked.
Removing chicken from oven, and allowing to cool for 5 minutes, using a fork shred chicken.
Using a stockpot, add olive oil when preheated add garlic. Stirring allow garlic to infuse with olive oil for about 30 seconds.
Adding carrots, celery, salt, poultry seasoning and black pepper, stir to combine.
Allowing veggies to sauté until slightly soften.
Adding chicken stock, and allowing to come to a rolling boil, add noodles.
When noodles are almost cooked add chicken and combine.
