Preparation
Lightly whisk eggs. Add milk, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and pure vanilla extract, continuously whisking until all ingredients are combined.
Placing bread into mixture, allow mixture to coat bread evenly.
Using pre-heated stovetop skillet, or electrical skillet, add non-stick cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
Place slices unto skillet and fry until golden brown, flip to cook on other side.
