  • 1 medium onion sliced or diced
  • 3 clove garlic chopped
  • 1 green onion or scallions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon adobo
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • one 24 ounce jar favorite pasta sauce
  • One medium tomato
  • pinch of sugar
  • One pack of Pasta

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Cooking pasta according to instructions on box.
  • Adding olive oil to coat pan, when heated add onions, chopped garlic, and green onions. Stirring until translucent.
  • Adding ground turkey or preferred meat, Combining with onions and garlic.
  • Cooking meat all the way through until brown.
  • Adding ground black pepper, salt, adobo, paprika, oregano, and Italian basil and combining.
  • Adding tomato sauce and stirring.
  • Adding diced tomatoes and a pinch of sugar and combining all ingredients.
  • Covering with lid and simmering for about 5 to 10 minutes on low to medium heat.
  • Serve over pasta.
