Picadillo Empanadas
Taking empanada discos and adding picadillo to the middle.
Taking just a little bit of water and brushing the edges of the discos.
Folding empanada creating a moon shaped pocket, and gently using fingers press together before sealing with a fork.
Placing empanadas in medium hot oil to fry until golden brown.
Removing empanadas, Place onto a paper towel lined plate and allow excess oil to drain and cool off before serving.
