- 2 Cups Chicken Breast Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 LB - 14oz Kielbasa or Andouille Sausage
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Puree
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- 1/4 Green Bell Pepper Diced
- 2 Celery Stalk Diced
- 2 Green Onions 1 For Pasta And 1 For Garnish
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Freshly Chopped
- 1 15 oz -28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes Depending On Liking For Tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning + 1/4 Tsp For Seasoning Shrimp

- 3 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Water
- 1 lb Pasta Rigatoni, Mostaccioli, Penne, Linguini, Etc.
- 3 Tbsp 1/2 & 1/2 For Added Creaminess
- Parsley For Garnish
- Homemade Cajun Seasoning Recipe
- 1 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoons garlic powder 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 /2 teaspoons dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional (Combining All Ingredients And Using As Needed)
Instructions
- Preparation
- Using A Heavy Duty Dutch Pot On High Heat Add 2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil, When Hot Add Seasoned Chicken (Salt+Pepper To Taste) And Sauté Until Cooked Entirely. Removing Chicken And Setting Aside.
- Using Same Pot Adding 1Tbsp Vegetable Oil, Adding Sausage, Browning, Removing And Reserving For Later.
- Using Same Pot Adding Garlic And Sautéing Until Fragrant.
- Adding Bell Peppers, Celery, Green Onions, Sautéing Unti Semi Soften And Incorporating.
- Adding Cilantro, Sausage, Canned Tomatoes, Cajun Seasoning,
- Broth + Water And Pasta.
- Reducing Flame To Medium-High
- After Cooking Pasta To Desired Preference Re-Add Chicken And Incorporate. (Last 5- Minutes Of Cooking)
- During The Remaining 2-3 Minutes Of Cooking Add Cajun Seasoned Shrimp, Cooking Until Pink.
- Garnishing With Green Onions And Parsley
