Ingredients

  • Ingredients Needed
  • 1-2 Cups pre-cooked chilled rice don't over cook rice
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 6 ounces sausages cut into pieces or desired amount
  • 2 green onions a.k.a. scallions
  • 2 springs chopped parsley
  • 3 springs chopped cilantro
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons green seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon flavor enhancer a.k.a. accent
  • 1 teaspoon salt Or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce a.k.a. Sriracha sauce
  • Half a teaspoon paprika
  • Half a teaspoon ground white pepper or black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1/2 yellow onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup frozen mixed veggies

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Start by seasoning chicken breast with salt, pepper, paprika, Accent, and green seasoning. Mix well to combine.
  • Adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil to wok. When oil is pre-heated add chicken breast, cooking until no longer pink.
  • Adding onions stir to combine.
  • When onions become soften add scallions, ginger, cilantro, and parsley. Mix to combine.
  • In separate pan fry sausages until brown. Incoroperate sausages with chicken mixture.
  • Adding chopped yellow bell peppers.
  • After 1 minute add frozen veggies and broccoli
  • Adding precooked chilled rice to mixture, stir to combine.
  • Adding low sodium soy sauce, until desired color and taste is achieved.
  • Adding Sriracha sauce to taste for extra added heat.
