Creamy Tuscan Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
- 4-5 Salmon fillets
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- oil olive or avocado
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 garlic cloves or 2 tbsps
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 5 oz jar sun-dried tomatoes in oil
- fresh spinach about 3 handfuls
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper
- Sear for about 2 minutes per side until cooked
- Set aside and reserve for later.
- Add butter to the skillet
- Add minced garlic to the melted butter. Stir until fragrant.
- Add white wine and heavy cream
- Add parmesan cheese and stir continuously
- Add sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and combine.
- Re-add the salmon back to the pan and spoon the sauce over the salmon.
