Banana Pudding Poke Cupcake

- Cupcake Baking Pan
- Cupcake Liners
- Mixer
- Knife
Ingredients
- 1 Box Cake Mix (Yellow) Follow instructions on the box
- 1 3.4 oz box Banana Pudding Banana or Vanilla
- 2 cups Whole Milk
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 Box Nilla Wafers Minis or regular-sized
- Bananas Sliced
Instructions
- Prepare cake as instructed on the box
- Allow cupcakes to cool. Using back of wooden spoon poke holes in the center of the cupcake.
- Prepare pudding as instructed using whole milk.
- Using a piping bag add pudding mixture.
- Insert pudding filling directly in the center of cupcake, adding enough to top the cupcake.
- Add cool whip, bananas and nilla wafers.
