Delicious, Irresistible 3 Cheese Sausage Macaroni And Cheese Recipe.
Servings 6 people
Ingredients
- 16 oz box pasta macaroni, cavatappi, etc.
- Chicken Bullion Cube
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil for boiling water
- Cheese Sauce
- 5 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
- 24 ounces Cheese 16 oz for sauce - 8 oz for Topping I used sharp, white, and vermont cheddar, use preferred
- 2 Cups 1/2 & 1/2
- 1/2 Tbsp Or To Taste Cajun Seasoning
- 1/2 Tbsp Or To Taste Paprika
- 1/2 Tbsp Or To Taste Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Or To Taste Garlic Powder
- Hillshire Turkey Kielbasa Sausage sliced & fried
Instructions
- Preheating oven to 350°F
- Directions
- Pasta:
- Adding olive oil, chicken bullion cube and pasta to boiling water.
- Cooking pasta until al dente, and draining.
- Sausage: Slicing / Frying and setting aside
- Cheese Sauce:
- Adding butter to skillet and melting.
- Adding small amounts of all-purpose flour and whisking.
- Adding 1/2 & 1/2 milk and combining.
- Adding 16 ounces of cheese by adding handfuls at a time and combining.
- After desired consistency is achieved, set aside and pour over drained pasta and combine.
- Adding Sausage and combining.
- Placing 1/4 Sausage Mac & Cheese In prepared greased baking dish and topping with cheese. Adding additional mac an cheese and topping with cheese, repeating until finished.
- Baking at 350°F until cheese is melted and desired color is achieved.
