  • Salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • One egg
  • 1/2 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil for frying
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • One cup favorite pasta sauce

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Take cleaned chicken, place plastic wrap onto chicken, Using a mallet flattened the chicken breast.
  • Taking salt, ground black pepper season to taste.
  • Using one chicken breast at a time, dredge in flour, followed by egg and then breadcrumbs.
  • Adding olive oil to skillet, Please chicken into preheated skillet and fry until golden brown on each side.
  • Once chicken is fried place pasta sauce on top of chicken breasts. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and place it into the oven.
  • Bake at 350°F at 12 to 15 minutes.
