Ingredients

  • One and a half pounds ground turkey
  • One egg
  • Salt taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • One small minced onion
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 14.5 ounces can Chicken broth
  • One cup heavy cream
  • Egg noodle pasta
  • Freshly chopped parsley
  • Aged Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preparation
  • Combining ground turkey with Salt, Pepper, minced onions, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • Molding and shaping meatballs and setting aside.
  • Placing meatballs in a hot skillet and browning on on all sides.
  • Removing and setting aside.
  • Draining excess oil from pan and adding chicken broth heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce and ground mustard. Combining.
  • Adding meat balls to sauce along with egg noodles. Adding more broth or water if necessary.
  • Lowering flame to medium heat and cooking noodles before adding freshly chopped Italian parsley and slightly aged grated Parmesan cheese.
