Seasoning chicken breast with season all, adobo, dried oregano, ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, chili lime seasoning, cilantro, scallions (green onions), lime juice, olive oil.
Using a nonstick skillet on medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. once oil becomes hot, add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until onions become translucent and bell peppers become softened.
Removing and setting aside in a separate bowl.
Using the same skillet increasing the flame to high heat, add seasoned chicken pieces and sauté until cooked thoroughly on both sides.
Re-adding onions and bell peppers stir to combine.
Adding precooked pasta to skillet, stirring once again to incorporate.
Garnish with chives.
