Ingredients

  • Ingredients Needed
  • 4 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
  • One green bell pepper sliced
  • Four springs freshly chopped cilantro
  • 3 to 4 green onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1- 1/12 pounds or 2-3 chicken breast depending on weight washed pat dried, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon adobo
  • 1 teaspoon season all
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili lime seasoning optional
  • 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • crushed red chili flakes to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Seasoning chicken breast with season all, adobo, dried oregano, ground cumin, garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, chili lime seasoning, cilantro, scallions (green onions), lime juice, olive oil.
  • Using a nonstick skillet on medium high heat, add 2 tablespoons olive oil. once oil becomes hot, add onions and bell peppers. Sauté until onions become translucent and bell peppers become softened.
  • Removing and setting aside in a separate bowl.
  • Using the same skillet increasing the flame to high heat, add seasoned chicken pieces and sauté until cooked thoroughly on both sides.
  • Re-adding onions and bell peppers stir to combine.
  • Adding precooked pasta to skillet, stirring once again to incorporate.
  • Garnish with chives.
  • Serve And Enjoy!!!!
