Ingredients

  • Ingredients Needed
  • I 16 ounce box of elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb cleaned and cubed chicken breast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tbs yellow mustard
  • 8 oz package Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 8 oz package Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 8 oz package Gouda Cheese
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 375F
  • Add about a tablespoon of olive oil to 4 quarts of boiling water before placing macaroni in water. Once the macaroni is in the pot, give it a quick stir to assure the pasta doesn't stick together. Boil until al dente (Be sure to follow directions on pasta box, different brands of pasta require different boiling times.)
  • In the meantime, while pasta is cooking move on to preparing the chicken. Using cleaned chicken breast cut into cube size pieces. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce. Combine ingredients, before placing in an oiled medium flamed preheated skillet. Cook chicken breast for 5 minutes or until cooked all the way through. Be sure to drain off excess water if any. When finished set chicken a side.
  • Once pasta is al dente strain, and return pasta back to pot. Turn flame on low heat, place pot with macaroni onto stovetop and add grated cheese. Stir and combine cheese throughout pasta. When cheese is melted add 1 can of evaporated milk, yellow mustard or ground mustard, paprika and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Add chicken and stir to distribute chicken evenly.
  • Transfer Chicken Mac And Cheese to non-stick baking pan. Cover with aluminum foil for first 30 minutes and remove 5 minutes before completion of baking. Total baking time 35 minutes.
