- 1 Tbsp Coconut Cream Or Coconut Milk
- 1 Scallion AKA Green Onion Sliced
- 1/4 Yellow Onion Sliced
- Salt To Taste

- Preparation
- Using Boing Water, Adding Onions, Scallions And Salt To Taste
- Adding Rice + Peas And Stirring
- Adding Coconut Cream Or Coconut Milk
- (Optional) Adding Scotch Bonnet Pepper Without Piercing Or Breaking) For Extra Added Flavor
- Cooking For 20-30 Minutes Until Rice Is Soften To Desired Preference.
