Banana Bread With Chocolate Chip Recipe
My Quick And Easy Delicious Moist Banana Bread Recipe With Melt In Your Mouth Chocolate Chips Recipe
Ingredients

- 2 cups of purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick unsalted room temperature butter
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 to 5 ripened bananas
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Using a 9 x 5 baking pan (optionally add non-stick cooking spray to the baking pan)
- Cream sugar and butter in large bowl until light and fluffy. Adding one egg at a time and combining well after each addition.
- Add bananas to zip lock bag, seal. And using fingers mash bananas. Or using a fork mash bananas.
- Add the bananas to the mixture and using a hand held mixer, mix until combined.
- Using a strainer placed over a large bowl add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Sift ingredients.
- After sifting is completed, add dry ingredients, about a cup at a time to wet ingredients.
- Using mixer combine ingredients without over mixing.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake for one hour hour to one hr. and 10 minutes.
- Insert the toothpick or a bread knife into the center. If the toothpick or the bread knife comes out clean without residue, The bread is finished baking.
- Set aside for 15 to 20 minutes before slicing and serving!!!
