- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Using a medium-sized bowl add montreal chicken seasoning, cayenne pepper, coriander, adobo, oregano, minced garlic, dried parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and combine.
- Add chicken to mixture and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to overnight.
- After the marinating process, allow the chicken to sit for about 10 minutes.
- Using a large skillet add oil. Once the oil is hot add seasoned chicken and sear on both sides until cooked thoroughly.

- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Using a skillet or pot melt butter. Once butter is melted add rice and allow it to toast for about 3-4 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add paprika, turmeric, cumin, salt and combine.
- Add broth or water and stir once more to combine.
- Bring to a boil and lower the heat. Cover with a lid and cook until rice reaches desired texture.

- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp sugar granulated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh parsley or 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp vinegar distilled
- 2 tbsp water
